Therefore, the 2003 to 365 set up is not a direct update, it's not on the same machine, so 365 isn't So I was only able to get it to work on a 30 day trial period. Went to purchase the key, it was not offered by Microsoft. It was pre-loaded with Office 2010, which was to be activated with the purchase of a Product Key, but I delayed a few months between the purchase and setting it up. This Windows 7 PC is new to me, but a Pre-owned/refurbished from a major vendor. Is the issue that the emails have been set up as IMAP vs. They all use a common Inbox (and other sub-folders) under Personal Folders. On my Windows XP PC, where I was using the Office 2003, both of theseĪccounts (and 5 others) show as POP/SMTP. These were set up by Outlook automatically when I added accounts. Both email accounts I have set up so far are IMAP/SMTP.
